Updated transportation, demographic, and system performance conditions using Census data and county datasets.

Produced new maps and graphics for the full Plan.

Revised Goals and Objectives based on input from ECTC member surveys.

Updated all tables, charts, and figures with the latest available data.

Fully redesigned and formatted the Plan document in InDesign.
