Reviewed and refined some sections of the existing conditions chapter prepared by the Sub Consultant

Prepared some supporting maps for the Plan

Developed a farmland-prioritization methodology using soils data (prime farmland, statewide importance, soil productivity), parcel size, agricultural district status, proximity to active farms, development pressure, and distance to supportive infrastructure.
